About Me

When it comes to health and fitness, I believe if we take care of our bodies now, it will take care of us later. My fitness journey has helped me learn how to transfer energy. The energy I use in the gym is the same energy I use to hammer on a project to meet deadlines. That same energy is carried over while creating and maintaining relationships. There are great programs out there that help you reach your fitness goals, but falling in love with the process is the only way to sustain those results. When working with clients, I like to educate so they understand the "why". It is important to me that my clients are comfortable with building their own meals to allow variety while staying within guidelines. This method helps to reduce the risk of falling back into bad habits.
